No coke, cashier not aware when I ordered. Need better communication between workers. Iced coffee (lg) 40 cents more than any other McDonald's I have ordered one at. Usually 1.69, not 2.10

5: IMPORTANT: People frequently enter the establishment and steal drinks, bringing in cups from the outside. Workers do nothing, in a month I have only seen a manager tell a person it's not "all day refills" once. The next day the same people came in and stole soda again. I pay for the cup each and every time, and I DO NOT appreciate this at all. Problem is the young adults are friends with many of them and allow this behavior to happen. Off duty workers go behind counter and take free cups and also on occasion make a ice cream cone for themselves. Outrageous, and unhygienic.

7: Building itself is in dire need of repair, if not a full remodel to the modern style. At the least, the exterior needs a full repair and refresh. I have no idea of the numbers the brand new Taco Bell is doing, but competition is here and complacency can impact profits. Arrogance in the McDonalds brand name can spell doom if unchecked.

1: Place is filthy. Bathrooms are never cleaned properly. Nasty smell in the men's room. Around urinal is always slippery. Soap dispensers are often empty. Strongly suspect that the drains need a massive clean out.

4: Hygiene. Workers fail to wash their hands before going on shift, and after restroom. Overheard workers boasting "No one cares, this is Ware, management only cares about keeping the drive through line moving as that's where they get their profits". Workers never wear the uniforms correctly and often look unkempt. Hardly ever smile, have the personality of rocks. Have witnessed multiple cross contamination issues, a concerning issue now that the fresh chicken strips have come in.

One of the dirtiest mcdonalds around. Workers don't clean. The same dirty diaper sat on the floor for 6 days. Bathroom is full of beer cans and nips. Employees handle good without gloves or washing hands. People wotkinh the counters gove nasty attittiudes like doing theor job is an inconvenience. Will not rerurn and wi be making call to cooperate office

Have personally ordered quite a few times, and the order always comes out wrong in some aspect, with the exception of a few times. When I spend at least $20, I just would like if the order comes out correctly.

But keep up the good work, otherwise!

2: Tables are never cleared properly, or fully. The workers do not do their scheduled sweeps of the lobby. Soda dispenser is filthy, the young people at night do not properly remove the nozzles to clean them. Failure to use the proper cleaning solution for the nozzles. Have personally overheard manger on duty telling workers below them to skip steps so they can close easy. "Let the morning crew deal with it".

Manager was yelling at worker about Muffins... infront of everyone. Instead of pulling her aside! UNPROFESSIONAL! Tables were dirty!

3: Food is hit or miss. During the day when the older managers on on duty, things run OK. Food comes out hot, and usually what you ordered. Sadly, the wait times are horrendous due to the fact that I strongly suspect the owners fail to assign the proper amount of help to cover the shifts. They are often overwhelmed, with workers who are not working that particular day hanging out and suddenly asked to work on the spot to help. The oil also needs to be filtered far more frequently, and changed more. Nuggets come out "toasted" with a nasty burnt taste.

Owners take notice. Detailed review from my personal experiences. Just terrible. Often inept management. Inept workers. Let's get into detail. I come here very often, this is what I personally experience.

8: Most upsetting, is that about 4 weeks ago some higher up's, probably regional franchise owners or representatives visited the restaurant. A large guy with glasses, and a woman who looked like a classic "southern belle". Suddenly everyone is on task, showing off to them. Things work as intended. As soon as they leave getting duped by the everyday workers. Ray Kroc would understand!

6: Workers often yell loudly at each other, and frequently curse openly. Openly trash their jobs, talk badly about the company. The morale in this restaurant is abysmal, and that is the fault of management. It is absolutely unfair to not schedule enough help, forcing those on duty to do work beyond their scope. This is how you burn people out, lose their respect, and why the place has massive worker turnover. Overheard older female manager who has been here a very long time trash the "young people who have no energy and work ethic". Apparently she has forgotten that it is part of her job to encourage the young people, some of who are 16 and 17. Instill the work ethic in them - they are children. Teach them properly. Explain if they take the job seriously it can actually take them places. So many take the job as a joke that those who take it seriously stand out and get noticed.
