I have never been so upset about a company in my life. Tyler and I dropped his jeep off 2 weeks ago at RT's in ware. We couldn't pick it up because of such different schedules. We finally picked it up yesterday afternoon. We pulled in, and his driver rear window was wide open. We went inside to get the keys. We were told that we either need it towed or have a trailer take it. I requested to see the list of parts that need to be fixed. Everything on that list were things we told them was wrong with it. I asked how long that window has been open for. He told me that it has been since it got dropped off. Neither me nor my husband were ever informed about this. So all that rain that we have gotten has been going into my husband's car. To top it all off, the man was very rude about everything and when I asked him to move a vehicle that was behind my husband's car. I continued to get attitude.
Made appointment in person(because phone number listed doesn't work), to check out 2 trucks for me, AND NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED!!! And Their listed phone still doesn't work!!! I was ready to spend a few thousand dollars but not with someone who doesn't show or call!!!
For people who don't know much about vehicles, don't go there. They tried charging us for rear ball joints. They are the same thing as rear control arms which was also on the list. So they were going to charge us twice. I will never tell anyone to go there and I will never go back there either.
If I could give zero stars it would definitely be.
