Love love love shopping local. Bought a washer a year ago with the extended warranty and called today to have someone come out because it was making a loud strange noise. I had a VERY unpleasant conversation with the lady on the phone, asking me questions that I wasn’t quite sure of. Her Condescending manner was less than tolerable. If your having a bad day and don’t want to be at work; don’t take it out on the customer calling in. Simple customer service skills. Very disappointed
I've bought all my house hold appliense here and our TV. Never pushy but always helpful. They comparison shopped themselves when I bought our TV and matched cheapest price! Service guys are great, honest and reasonable. I appreciate the local small business atmosphere and they appreciate your business. I have appliense going on a decade old and still running no issues. Don't hear that from people that bought at the "big box stores".
