Great atmosphere. Very friendly place. Owner will approach and introduce himself. A lot of equipment there to cater to bodybuilders, power lifters, crossfitters.

Great home town gym with everything you need for a complete workout from strength training to cardio and everything in between! Including classes and personal training to reach your goals! Excellent helpful staff as well as members who are always willing to lend a hand and help you out with some tips on form or technique, or just a spot!
Full of muscle heads who enjoy shaming newcomers. Avoid if you want a serious gym.
I really love this gym, it's big enough to have everything you need and small enough to not get lost, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable it's clean and kept no matter what you are into there's something for you I recommend this gym to anyone who's trying to get in shape or just trying to stay in shape, but don't just take my word for it ask around, better yet stop by and check them out you won't be disappointed. You will feel right at home, so don't wait go take a class, hit some weights, or get involved in one of their events there's always something going on at The Fitness Factory !
