Dr Anne Ryelstone was extremely rude and condescending. We will not be taking our dog back here after such a negative experience.
Helpful friendly staff that go above and beyond to help their patients and their familys. I had a great experience there where I learned how to hydrate a clients kitty. It very informative and well taught so that made it easy to learn. Thanks I appreciate the benefit of your experience. I will continue to recommend this business to my friends and family.
I love Dr. Rylestone and her staff. She really knows her stuff and has a vested interest in the health of your animal. They don't fluff you up and make unnecessary appointments. She calls it like she sees it and makes the best recommendations from her assessment of your animal. If you don't like what she had to say or the tone in which is said then you need to take a good look at yourself. This isn't a game, she's not fooling....the health of your animal is serious business. I started going there when I lived in Brookfield, I now live in Grafton and will drive the hour to see them, that's how much I believe in what they do. As long as Dr. Rylestone is in practice, I'll make the drive.
Great staff and so dedicated to the animals. Very thorough explanation of treatment options and I love how they focus on immune health-something that is sadly overlooked by more traditional veterinary services. I'm so happy I found Canterbury Tails for our animals- thank you for your services!
